Henderson Folcroft Underground Storage Tanks

RK&K lead the investigation, remediation and reporting to achieve regulatory closure that enabled the Henderson Group to redevelop more than 2-million sf of office, warehouse and light industrial space following talk closures identified to have impacted soil and shallow groundwater. Historical use research identified 10 regulated and up to 100 unregulated underground storage tanks had operated on the property. RK&K obtained regulatory closure of soil and groundwater concerns through development of a sitewide model validated with groundwater monitoring demonstrate compliance with Pennsylvania Act 2 non-residential standards.
