The Project
RK&K completed land-use rezoning support, master planning services and site design for a 98,000 square foot advanced cancer treatment center and medical office building situated on HCA’s Forest Campus.
The site plan for the new four-story building encompassed landscape and hardscape features, pedestrian walkways, on-site parking, a healing garden, as well as sanitary sewer and water design, traffic design, and environmental site studies for all necessary Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans were developed.
To support the numerous stakeholder and community meetings, RK&K created elaborate 3D-model videos to illustrate the design details, provide sight line views, and exhibit project “fly-over” views.
