The Project
RK&K prepared a deed and plat mosaic using the deeds and plats of record. The survey crew used GPS and conventional methods to establish horizontal control along the route, then located all existing property markers, fences, roads and lines of possession. The fieldwork was processed and adjusted, the property lines of each parcel where computed and plotted. Next the metes and bounds of each fee simple area and easement to be acquired where computed and shown on an SHA plat for the land acquisition.
