Florida Turnpike Beachline Expressway Widening

CEI services for the widening of the western section of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528) from I-4 to the Turnpike/SR 91 from four to eight lanes. This 4.5-mile project includes widening, roadway reconstruction, milling & resurfacing details, extensive earthwork and a new drainage system. Bridge work involves the six widenings and three new bridges. RK&K is responsible for supervising construction processes, supervising the quality management program, supervising contract progress and final pay processes, and negotiating, documenting and processing modifications to the contract, as well as recording contract changes in the project as-built drawings.
