Owner's Advisor / Representative
As an Owner’s Representative, RK&K works with Project Owners throughout the entire project life cycle, beginning with identifying the most appropriate project delivery method. Since alternative project delivery methods are not a “one-size fits all” solution, our solutions are uniquely tailored to the size and type of project, the experience level of the Owner, and the contracting environment.
RK&K assists Owners with: developing pre-proposal/proposal documents; conducting project risk analyses; preparing instructions to proposers, contract documents, bridging documents, contract specifications, and performance specifications; developing the evaluation criteria; and assisting with the selection process. Upon selection of the most qualified proposer, RK&K continues to represent the Owner through the award, design and construction phases of the project, including: design plan reviews for contract conformity; construction schedule reviews; environmental and permit coordination; addressing Requests for Information (RFI) and change requests; and analyzing potential claims. RK&K also provides Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) for construction services.
