RK&K recently welcomed Linda Sexton to our Austin, TX office as Transportation/Tolls Advisor assisting our Texas Transportation and Tolls groups.

“As demands on transportation systems continue to grow, the opportunities to utilize advancements in technologies are great. I look forward to supporting RK&K’s national tolling and Texas transportation initiatives,” Linda said about her new position.
Linda brings more than 25 years of knowledge and management experience to RK&K. Her most recent role was Deputy Division Director for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Toll Operations Division, a title she held since 2013.
With TxDOT, she directly managed a diverse team of employees, consultants, contractors, and vendor staff responsible for the agency’s Toll Division Customer Service & Operations, Facilities & Toll Equipment, and Engineering. She developed and managed program goals, staffing and employee development, and strategic planning.
Linda brings more than 25 years of knowledge and management experience to RK&K.
As TxDOT’s Deputy Division Director and in a previous role as Toll Operations Specialist, Linda excelled in managing and working with staff, consultants, and partners in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve operational, strategic, and agency goals.
