RK&K is honored to be featured in the June print edition of ENR MidAtlantic as the 2023 “Design Firm of the Year.” The feature is a follow-up to the initial announcement in May.
The “Design Firm of the Year” recognition demonstrates success in the region from a growth and revenue standpoint as well as innovation, creativity, and a commitment to giving back to its community.
Engineering News-Record MidAtlantic recognized RK&K as the 2023 “Design Firm of the Year.”
The magazine noted the firm is an important player in a variety of major projects across the region, and highlighted partnerships including the DC Plug initiative, Riverfront East development in Wilmington, Delaware, and Richmond Highway (U.S. 1) Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Earlier this year, ENR recognized our firm as one of the best design firms in the magazine’s annual ranking of the Top 500 Design Firms. RK&K is ranked #76. The firm was also named in ENR’s Top 100 Pure Design firms, ranking #59 respectively.
