Stream Restoration
RK&K has been providing stream restoration and related water quality improvements, assessment, design, and monitoring services to local municipalities, counties, and state agencies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for more than 30 years. RK&K has worked on many open-end project assessments, planning, design, and construction inspection contracts. We have assisted numerous jurisdictions through the development of comprehensive watershed and best management practice (BMP) implementation plans, project identification, and prioritization, stormwater management project design and reporting, stormwater management facility retrofits/conversions, stream restoration including regenerative stormwater conveyance (RSC), BMP construction and performance inspection, illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE), technical training, and public outreach.
