Employee Resource Groups: Building Communities
At RK&K, we take pride in our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which currently support our LGBTQIA+ and African American/Black employees and allies. ERGs are employee-led groups that provide vital support and networking opportunities for employees from specific identity groups. These groups meet regularly to foster community, mutual support, and personal growth. We believe that our ERGs are a cornerstone of our DE&I initiatives, and we enthusiastically invite all employees to engage with and support these groups.
