The Project

Maryland Port Authority required a new expanded maintenance storage building to replace an existing building originally built in the early 1900s. Due to existing shelving and equipment, the building required extensive space planning and phasing design.

The final building design included an optional vegetative roof system.

Client
Maryland Port Authority

“We worked closely with the client to provide a very detailed interior layout and storage support system. The final product offered a very efficient layout.”
