At RK&K, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for partnering with the CHRO in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes but is not limited to employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, immigration and compliance with labor regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance.
- Collaborate with Training Specialist to develop and roll out employee skills and competency trainings.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in human resource management.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes.
- Oversee HR policies and procedures to include writing new policies, periodically reviewing existing policies and making recommendations to CHRO and Partners on any changes to policies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with experiencing managing and leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree
- 7 years’ experience as an HR Manager
