RK&K is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage our College Campus Recruiting efforts. As a College Recruiter at RK&K you will work in a highly visible, fast-paced, and dynamic environment and make a direct impact on applicant and hiring manager experience!  

Essential Function

  • Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition you will collaborate across multiple teams
  • Manage the college career fair program
  • Work with various leaders of the firm to identify the best resources to recruit graduates
  • Work with university contacts to ensure we are registered for the necessary career fairs  
  • Coordinate with field leaders on the most qualified candidates

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years recent and progressive experience directly managing college career fair program
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to above average experience in MS Office / Office365 applications 
  • High level of organization and time management skills  
  • Exceptional writing skills and customer service
