The USGBC has a variety of available rating systems ranging from their most well-known, LEED for new construction (BD+C), to renovations, neighborhood planning, operations and maintenance, campuses, and more. The systems all aim to provide accountability, encourage health and well-being, aid in meeting ESG goals, attract high quality building users, reduce carbon emissions, and provide better air quality.
