Provides project management of project and/or major task assignments including preparation and monitoring of scope, budget and schedule; assists in marketing to current and new clients; coordinates with clients to discuss progress and obtain feedback and direction; performs some engineering tasks; directs project staff and sub consultants; reviews engineering documents to meet quality assurance goals and standards of care; and leads community outreach tasks. May serve as primary or secondary liaison with client. Internal and client meetings, presentations, approvals of plans by agencies. Provides direction and oversight of junior engineers and CADD technicians; assists with preparation of permit applications and securing permits and approvals. Performs staff, sub consultant, utility, and agency coordination and public outreach tasks.

10-15 years.

Significant experience leading Site Engineering and Land Development projects is required.

BS in Civil Engineering required; professional engineering registration required.
